By the way, regarding your game, is it browser based? 1.gif

Thank you for the respond, Nope its based on client. One of the game is League of Legend, and my fps on there is 6-10 fps, while all other players gets 40-200 fps... I've tried so many other way on speeding up pc or increasing fps, but none has help to change my fps. I think the problem is somewhere on my computer because Wi-fi is good, Its has 14 ping and 95mbps download speed, since i used an enthernet cable. On my Program and Features, I don't have that many installed there's only 10 program on it most of them are important like Browser, Adobe, Microsoft Visual, etc.

On other info, I've also run a few malware scanner like, Malwarebytes, Roguekiller, adwcleaner, super anti spyware, hitmanpro, and some other more. So far they haven't found any serious threat all i mostly get are cookies, and tracking profile or something but no high viruses or trojan.

In my computer appearance, I have everything set to "best performance" and my desktop background its just the ordinary normal window 8 theme.

I've also run a couple ccleaner, junks removal, disc clean up, and optimize defrag computer.

Finally, Inside my gaming setting i have everything set to low, and uncapped. While mostly of them are disable like hud graphic disable, etc. So i won't lagg and receive higher fps, but my fps still stay 6-15, Now am getting 20 fps but not stable its keep going back to 5-10 when i fight other players.
