Hi angryman101,

Sorry to hear that trouble.

What is the precise boot issue? Where does it preeze? Please take a picture and send it to us to look into.

By the way, please turn off Boot Time Defrag by clcking " On" button on the main screen of Smart Defrag to see whether you can boot up.

Looking forward to your reply.

I'm unsure what the issue is at all, as startup repair and chkdsk both say they can't find what's wrong. The computer freezes right after the defrag, never showing the Windows logo. I don't seem to be able to run Smart Defrag in command prompt, it just says it can't execute it.

Hi angryman101,

Thanks for your reply.

When you said " The computer freezes right after the defrag, never showing the Windows logo.", do you mean blue or black screen? Any picture can show it? Can you run Smart Defrag not in command

prompt?

Also, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/SDInfoHelper.exe

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. You will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop. Please send it to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
