Red circle with the number 10 inside, what does the number 10 mean?

Hello.

 

Quick question . . .

 

On the GUI of IObit Malware Fighter, on the bottom right-hand corner, there is a small box that says "Activate Now," and along the top edge of the Activate Now box, there is a red circle with the number 10 inside.

 

I’ve been wondering about this for awhile, but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere, so please tell me: What does the number 10 stand for? What does it mean?
