I have been fighting this since March have paid four different companies to fix it and none have, it has about made me crazy is in my router (on 3rd one) 3 laptops and one desk top, also my phone (on 5th one) a tablet a data jack, I think that is all at least that I know of. It disabled two of the laptops one by putting a password on it I have to finally buy a new hard drive and had it put on then windows 8 installed on it and it is still there. No one seems to really know anything about how to fix it, they all want to run scans make a couple adjustments and think they have fixed something even though I tell them scans do not detect it. I could write all day about what I have been through with this, I have keyloggers and screen captures. Your software is the 1st of a lot that detected anything. It also adds commands to anything I download including system 8 that i am using. I don't even know if this will get to you the way I wrote it. It has caused me to be suspicious of everything and trust very little please help me.

Hello and welcome to IOBit Forums. My name is Dave. I will be helping you out with your particular problem on your computer.

1. I will be working on your Malware issues. This may or may not solve other issues you have with your machine.

2. The fixes are specific to your problem and should only be used for this issue on this machine.

3. If you don't know or understand something, please don't hesitate to ask.

4. Please DO NOT run any other tools or scans while I am helping you.

5. It is important that you reply to this thread. Do not start a new topic.

6. Your security programs may give warnings for some of the tools I will ask you to use. Be assured, any links I give are safe.

7. Absence of symptoms does not mean that everything is clear.

If you can't access the internet with your infected computer you will have to download and transfer any programs to the computer you're using now and transfer them to the infected computer with a CD-RW or a USB storage device. I prefer a CD because a storage device can get infected. If you use a storage device hold the shift key down while inserting the USB storage device for about 10 secs. You will also have to transfer the logs you receive back to the good computer using the same method until we can get the computer back on-line.

Let me get something straight. You said that you installed a new hard drive and installed Windows 8. You keep saying that it is still there. What is it? Please give me more information.

I just received this message from you yet I sent the question on Jan 8th, don't you find that odd. When I say it I am refuring to whatever I have, remote loggins is what I think it is but I am only a end user who knows something is not right. It is in my entire home network including smart phone. I have gone through 6 phones about 6 routers a new hard drive lost use of one laptop completely the one I had to get new HD for was down for 8 months, I have purchased your software, Kaspersky and Norton paid several companies to get rid of it and many many hours trying to figure it out, dealt with people acting like they believe me and then much later something happens to make them realize I am not just imaging it and they say your computer problem is real or something to that effect. It is very frustrating to say the least. I can not access many places on my own computer I am denied or they are restricted there is something new added almost every time I turn it on, my web cam had been coming on by itself it has been covered since I discovered something was wrong in March of 2014, it still records audio and I feel there is somehow still a camera on. I feel like my privacy has been taken from me and have to worry about which direction my laptop is facing when changing my clothes etc. I have printed at least 1000 pages of different things I feel may be part of it and see things I know are not right daily. When it comes to telling someone any of them though I draw a blank and am so sick of dealing with it I am sure I sound crazy because I am either all worked up or mumble under my breath about what it does and how no one seems to know what to do to help me. The last place I paid and took it to was Best Buy after taking it back for the 3rd time I was told I need to be very careful when going into the bios which I had not done and I told him that. He proceeded to tell me the

I was just kicked off it said web page expired and kicked me off, I signed in again and it was luckily saved by you so I restored and sent before something else went wrong. this could not be done remotely that it had to be someone sitting in front of it, I again told him I did not go into the bios. I felt he was accusing me of lying and that I had caused the problem which had nothing to even do with the bios. I then asked him another question which he had to go in the back and ask the only guy there that knows anything and they think is to important to speak directly to customers it seems. He came back and said the question was above them and I would have to contact Microsoft with it? How can a company tell you before you pay the fee that they know what I am talking about and can fix it no problem then run scans that i tell them will not detect it make a couple of adjustments and then tell me it is fixed? They never listen to what I try to tell them is happening or where I see these things. This though was a first to tell me they do not know then how can they take my money and say they can fix it. I am so tired of fighting with people over this. What happened with me being kicked off happens often when I am working on trying to fix it either by writing something like this or reading various print about different viruses or the latest malware, my screen will just go blank and I have to turn off computer and turn it back on. I am redirected on almost everything I do I have key loggers, etc. The only thing I do not have is false positives or pop ups telling me i have something and no one had contacted me asking for money. I ran a scan by threat stop and it said my IP address went to 68 places in 15 minutes and 14 of them were known threats and Norton shows I have adware which it deletes and it comes right back. That is all any scans have shown and believe me I have run everyone I come across. I received emails from someone back when I first sent this request for help telling me step by step ways to get rid of the problem each day I would get a step and was to do it and report the results and get another the next day, they just stopped though. Were they from you?

I have noticed this for quite some time. I questioned Admin. about it why no one seems to be replying to my posts and they said everything seems to be working fine. Have you been checking regularly for my replies or were you just waiting for a notification?

Let's try running some scans to see what's on that computer.

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your Desktop.

Before starting AdwCleaner, close all open programs and internet browsers, then double-click on the AdwCleaner icon.

If Windows prompts you as to whether or not you wish to run AdwCleaner, please allow it to run.

When the AdwCleaner program will open, click on the Scan button as shown below.

AdwCleaner will now delete all detected adware from your computer. When it is done it will display an alert that explains what PUPs (Potentially Unwanted Programs) and Adware are. Please read through this information and then press the OK button. You will now be presented with an alert that states AdwCleaner needs to reboot your computer.
