Has anyone had problems with the Unwise installer asking for an INSTALL.LOG when trying to remove an application when there's no such log in its folder?

I had two instances yesterday and after trying all the suggestions offered by various forums I finished up by deleting the two respective programme folders and using RegSeeker to find and delete all of its registry entries.

 

Actually, the Shockwave 8 folder did contain a text file named: Shockwave.log, but it only contained a dozen entries for TubeMaster Plus. I did try renaming it to INSTALL.LOG, but the installer didn't recognise it.
