restoring vulnerability fix downloaded files

how i can install and restore multiple vulnerability fix (.cab) downloaded files in security hole backup folder after a fresh windows install?

yes.i know asc is not a windows update tool.i think after a fresh OS install should to copy downloaded cab files to security hole backup folder again and check windows update...after ASC vulnerability fix Scan it will install them. :idea:
