How to avoid the blocking of a website?

Hallo,(I'm not yet familiar with it) how can I tell the program that a special address (my e-mail-provider) is safe and should not be blocked? I can open it, but only after a series of mouse-activities.

Did you try putting it in the Ignore List, which can be found in Settings.

Thanks again for your help. I've got the German version and there I can't find a 'setting'-button or a similar one in German. I think it is blocked by Surfing Protection.

My problem is: Where do I find the 'setting' in the program (I've got Advanced system care8 and Advanced system protector.) I am confused, I gave you the link in Post #5, You just needed to click on the word Here which is in blue. This would take you directly to the correct place. I cannot understand why you went to a completely different place.

First thanks again for your patient help. Of course I clicked on that blue link, which led me to this description' of the ''ignore-list'. Looks good and simple! But that page is (only) a description to tell one what to do! I still don't know, where I can come to this 'setting' and finaly to this 'ignore-list' in the program itself.

I hope my problerm will not become a hopeless one!. I clicked on that 'scan'-button before and now I did it again. Then begins a series of scannings, well finally I detected a tiny button, where I hoped to be able to enter that 'setting-region'. There is an ignore-list then, but there are no entries (to delete) and I can't fill in an address. (for ignoring).
