ASC and lock screen Windows

Hello! Recently discovered a bug with the cleaning of the registry using the ASC 8.2

After cleaning the registry and restart the computer, Windows does not have a lock screen language selection (it causes a lot of inconvenience to the user, who as the mother tongue is not English).

Users who noticed this error before, reported that it continues its journey with ASC 6, 7, 8 (on Windows 8.1)

P.s. in the picture, as it should be. Highlighted in red is that after cleaning the registry goes missing.

What is the registry cleanning you mentioned, is it the Registry Cleaner under Toolbox in ASC?
