Turbo boost

I was wondering why your program recommends disabling 'Diagnostic Policy Service' for a turbo boost.

 

Windows sets this to automatic and it needs to be running when troubleshooting your internet connection.

 

Another service stopped affects the safe removal of USBs, memory cards.

 

If these services are stopped i can't imagine it having much of an impact on system performance, so why stop these services at all?

We will surely make improvements. Besides, you can manually uncheck the services which you do not want to stop.

The safe removal of USB cards could be another issue, though it does seem to stop more services than are mentioned when implementing the turbo boost.
