ASC 8.3 Free causes my PC to NOT recognize my 2nd onboard hhd

Please help, I have not been able to use this product and I want to us the Pro version, but the Free version has always caused my PC to not recognize my 2nd HHD, where all my games are. I have a 120gb SSD for my Op system and installed ASC 8.3 Free today on it . But again, now my PC cant find my E: drive where my games are. It tried this a while back and had to unintal ASC because I could get this issue resolved.

 

Oh, and I forgot to mention that now, after installing ASC 8.3 Free, my PC will not completely turn off. My screen shuts down, but my actual PC still keeps running

Please reinstall ASC v8.3 from http://download.cnet.com/Advanced-SystemCare-Free/3000-2086_4-10407614.html to see whether the issue continues.

 

If yes, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV8.exe

 

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. You will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop, please send it to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.
