What do i set Network optimization to with comcast/ xfinity internet?

I haveComcast/ Xfinity blast internet(105mbps) and needed to know what to set my network optimization to on ASC pro 8.2

There is no option for this just fios? and i am not sure what xfinity blast is considered?
