WWW-Search.info Browser Hijacker

Hello there... first time post.

 

My boss has Win 8.1 with ASC Free, Malwarebytes, C-Cleaner and Windows Defender on in, and he STILL somehow managed to get the "WWW-Search.Info" browser hijacker in IE. Chrome seems to be unaffected (for the moment). I've gone through all the security programs with full scans, and even went so far as to disable System Restore just in case traces were hiding there, and he STILL gets the search.info as his homepage... (even though Internet Options shows Google as his homepage)

 

I've gone through a bunch of searches and followed all the steps, used ADW Cleaner and a couple of other stand-alone adware programs, but nothing seems to kill this bug. Does anyone have any suggestions... other than putting a bullet through his tower? (that was HIS suggestion...not mine...LOL!)
