ASC 8.3 reporting non-existent minidump files in junk file cleaner

Running ASC 8.3 in Windows 10 on an Intel I7, 16GB RAM.

Every run of ASC identifies the same 7 minidump files, and claims to have deleted them. From the log:

Deleted C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\BackgroundAgent.exe.5332.dmp

Deleted C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\BackgroundAgent.exe.5632.dmp

Deleted C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\GalCiv3.exe.23392.dmp

Deleted C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\rundll32.exe.9064.dmp

Deleted C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\SystemSettings.exe.3820.dmp

Deleted C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\XComGame.exe(1).31032.dmp

Deleted C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\XComGame.exe.31032.dmp

But every time I run ASC, it reports the same seven files, and claims to delete them, again. None of these files exist - I don't even have a C:\Windows\Minidump\ folder (I have set view in File Manager to view all hidden and system files), because I haven't BSD'd in years.
