Hi Cicely,

 

ASC 8.4 has been downloaded from Major Geeks through the link in the topic Advanced SystemCare 8.4 (8.4.0.810) is released! [August 13, 2015] .

 

When the installation has finished, it automatically restarted the PC causing the loss of all unsaved work in the PC! :x

 

This is the first time I have encountered that ASC is behaving like that and it should be corrected immediately as it is unacceptable that the ongoing work in a PC will be lost.

 

Please bring that to the attention of IObit ASC coders to be corrected immediately! :!:

We are so sorry for the trouble caused to you.:-(

 

This situation may occur occasionally, I have already forwarded to our product team. They are now testing on the issue, hope it can be solved and avoided quickly.
