asc 8.4 pro disappears

I have installed en registered ASC 8.4 multiple times now and it keeps disappearing, after the installation, the pc reboots and asc is still on it, after a schutdown and boot later on, it completly disappears.

I use avira anti virus and mallwarebyte. can this be a problem?

EDIT: same problem with IObit uninstaller, but other programms instal without problem

For the issue you encountered, please install ASC again, then please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV8.exe

 

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. You will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop, please send it to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

 

When ASC disappears next time, please again run the tool InfoHelperV8.exe to collect information.

 

Please kindly send us the two zip files.
