BUG SystemCare 8.4.0.811 [Blue Screen in Windows 10]

Guys I've got a problem here on my system. I use Windows 10 and after installing version 8.4.0.811 I suffer with a blue screen after cleaning the registry.

 

In the previous version, "8.3 ..." were detected only 200 errors in deep scan, but this current version is detected more than 2500 errors!

If I clean these 2500 errors, and reboot the system, I have a blue screen with the error "Critical_Process_Died".

 

I had to format two times to figure out the problem. I never imagined that such a reliable program like ASC could damage the Windows registry ...

 

Please fix this! I'm not doing the ASC registry cleaner because if I do I will have blue screen again!

Rather than formatting your pc you could have opened in safe mode and done a system restore back to a time before the issue occurred.

There have been many discussions in the Forum regarding Registry Deep Clean, and the recommendation is that it should only be used by users who have a very good understanding of the workings of the registry. If you do a deep scan of the registry and then repair without reading the list and deciding which registry entries are safe to repair and which may not be, then you will most likely experience issues.

For normal users there is no advantage in using Deep Clean but there certainly are risks.

But this time had.

So how PRO user must disable the deep scan? Both at checkout as not using the individual tool?

You said that you figured out the problem, but you never said what it was. It would be helpful to other users if you shared what the problem was.

Until Iobit address this issue, I recommend that you disable Deep Scan, which will enable you to continue to use the Registry Cleaner without issue.

O problema é que depois de instalar a versão 8.4.0.811 varredura do registro profunda corrompe o sistema. Registro do Windows corrompe.

Isso nunca aconteceu em qualquer versão do programa ...

Eu não sei o que foi adicionado nesta versão, o banco de dados de registro em si, mas eu sei que se eu clicar corrigir todos os erros será para retornar uma bela tela azul da morte. Eu sempre usei varredura profunda e nunca tive esse tipo de problema. Na verdade ASC nunca me deu nenhum problema ... até a versão 8.4.0.811.

Yes, I understand that Deep Clean caused an issue, but have you identified the issue, or did you simply repair all 2500 items without analysing them. As I said, when using Deep Clean it is necessary to read the items in the list before performing a repair.

Also, does the blue screen occur when you do the scan or when you do the repair/fix??

Just a note: The blue screen does not happen as soon as the errors are corrected ...

And yes after reset / off / turn on the PC.

 

The system runs well after cleaning ... But we know that profound changes can only be made after a reboot, then that kicks in the blue screen.

 

I hope this problem will disappear from future releases ...
