Not able to download any tool...

Hi everybody,

I came to you with an unusual problem.

Namely, I can not in the Tools tab download any tools. The download process is in place (attachment No. 1), until I finally get a classic statement (attachment No. 2, that I am not connected to the network. Of course I am. Da.

As you can guess the problem is the same in Driver Booster. If I try to download any driver, whether collectively or individually - download stands at one percent, and then update or updates failed... (attachment No. 3).

 

Protection software and computer specification can be found in my profile. No proxy, firewall settings are disabled because they were taken over under the anti-virus rights.

I would add that the system is newly installed. NEW-LY.

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. You will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop, please send it to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

Antivirus Malware Fighter hasn't found any threat. I scanned with the full mode. Driver didn't fail and fixed the issue.
