The system is not finding downloaded program

I have downloaded the program ASC8 from the manufacturer. I have a shortcut on my desktop - att. no A, B When I try to open it, message appears: Location of the downloaded program is not found - att.no C . What can I do with this problem?

Did you look in the directory to see if the ASC.exe file is actually there

Please kindly reinstall ASC v8 from http://www.iobit.com/downloadcenter.php?product=asc8-dl to see how it works.

 

If the issue continues, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV8.exe

 

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. You will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop, please send it to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

Yes,it did.

I"m enclosing att.no C with this error message again - I think that's it? Translation is as follows:

>Windows can not find the file "C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\IObit\AdvancedSystemCare8\ASC.exe". Make sure you typed the name correctly and try again.<

Please kindly check whether ASC can be opened from the installation folder.

 

To open installation folder of ASC 8, please right click on its desktop shortcut and select Open file location.

 

If still not, please turn off all your antivirus protection to see how it works. :)

I did not have to check because a strange thing happened.

Except ASC I'm using other Your programs like IObit Malware Fighter, Uninstaller, Drive Booster etc..Waiting for Your replay, I was updating them. When I started the computer again updates,

it turned out that ASC also acts (see attachments} !!!!! And yet I have not done anything with this program! I can't explain how it happened? Most importantly the ASC is already OK so the problem

is solved - and that was it.
