When you update from AWC 3 to ASC 3.01, you muat do a clean install. Furthermore you must configure your settings in especially system optimization to your preference. This is a must if you want to keep your settings. And you must do it BEFORE clicking repair!!¨

I went and downloaded the updated Advance Window Care 2.

I ran it.

When I went into my The Sims Games and everything I had made or downloaded was GONE!

I then went into my My Pictures folder,and that too was empty.

I ran the restore point program,and nothing showed up once it was done.

I'm totally PO'D!

 

Is there any hope in getting back what was wiped OUT!?

you should have a backup in AWC2. just find the button and restore it.
