how to stop passwords and sign in info from being deleted

I use to have CC cleaner and there was an area I could go and set it not to delete certain things when I scanned ( like email sign in and saved passwords for like ebay) I cannot find anywhere where this can be done? could someone let me know if it can be done and where to find it. thank you

Welcome to IObit Forum. :

 

For the situation you mentioned, please check settings by the following steps:

 

Open Advanced SystemCare -> Click More Settings icon on the top right -> Click Settings -> Click Privacy Sweep on the left panel -> Untick all items related to passwords and cookies on the right panel -> Click Apply and OK button.

 

Please take the same operations in Browser Anti-Tracking (PRO user) and AutoClean.
