AWC V2 won't uninstall

Hi,

 

I upgraded to ASC V3 and the AWC V2 did not uninstall. I receive the error message that the Unins00.msg is missing. How do I get past this problem? It states that I need to correct or get a new copy of the program.

uninstall all iobit software reboot and reinstall asc and sd.

You probably had something running in the background - the program/memory cleaner? when you tried to uninstall AWC2x,

(take a look at the post named Install-Uninstall-reinstall-)

correct that, throw out the folder , clean up

and try again to install the new version (probably best with a clean install.
