Final ASC 9 or ASC Beta 4.0?

I have downloaded the final ASC 9, it's replaced the beta 4.0, so got me thinking which one should I use?

Only you can decide that once you use the V9 final. Then you decide which one you prefer.

What I mean is which has the better scan results or better tools? Which is more powerful or they the same?

Well they cannot be the same....if they were then there would have been no point in releasing the Final version.

The beta version was being used to get feedback to improve the Final version. The Final version is supposed to have all the bugs fixed and is supposed to be stable.

Only you can decide which one you consider to be the best. Lots of users try the newest version but decide they prefer an older version and they revert back.
