ASC 9 computer slow down

Nixon

Recommended Posts

I upgraded from ASC 8 to ASC 9 yesterday and ran some of the tools from the Toolbox, such as Registry Cleaner and Defrag. My boot time improved but the computer has slowed down considerably overall. Using the internet especially has become intolerably slow. I have a Toshiba Satellite C75D-B, with Avira and Zone Alarm and running on Windows 8.1. The Performance Monitor does not show any high usage of disk, CPU or RAM. What to do? Reinstall, or downgrade to ASC 8 (which I never had any problems with)?

Hi Nixon,

Please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV9.exe

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. You will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop, please send it to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

If the zip file is too large to be sent, please upload it to www.wikisend.com and give us the download link.
