download when updating drivers bug

i just got this program today on my good desktop so i started the driver booster 3.1 and it said i had 10 drivers out of date so i updated them but while its downloading it will be almost done like 90% like 330/369 MB then it will drop to like 150/369 MB and its downloading very slow and its like jumping between 30KB/s - 250KB/s and i have 5 MB/s so this is taking a while it relapsed 3 times so i stoped it incase something was going to break look at the time stamps on the photos.

Please install the latest v3.2 from http://www.cd4o.com/drivers/debug/driver_booster_setup.exe and see if there is any improments.
