Sorry for the trouble you encountered. Please help us investigate the issue by providing us with more information below:

 

1. What do you mean that whole system crash? Do you mean that you got a BSOD after using Startup Manager? If so, please go to this path: C:\Windows\Minidump and send us all files under this folder so that our engineers can analyze it.

 

2. Please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV9.exe

 

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. Then you will get zipped file IObit_Debug_Info on your desktop. Please send it to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.
