Hi Iobit Team,

I believe we have small or big problem. Windows 10 Is detecting that Advance SystemCare Ultimate Version 9 and Malware Figther V4 are both Antivirus program. They are conflicting now windows is giving me error messages saying that ruining to Antivirus programs is not good. Here a Picture of what i am talking about. Also Windows Doesn't Detect Malware Fighter V4 being turned on.

Thanks

Hi ThePoliceFan,

Thanks for your reply.

When you have ASC U, IMF v4 will be installed in compatible mood. And it will not conflict with each other. Please do not worry. By the way, what do you mean " Also Windows Doesn't Detect Malware Fighter V4 being turned on.? Because from the screenshot 1 I see IObit Malware Fighter is on.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi,

Thanks you for the reply. As per the second screenshot windows 10 doesn't seem to recognize that malware figther is turned on and is showing that nothing is turned on under spyware and unwanted programs. As normaly all malware protection program when fine are show as turned on under that category.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi ThePoliceFan,

Thanks for your continual reply.

Please ensure that you have turned on IObit Malware Fighter. If your IMF is running, but it does not show " On" as you mentioned in screenshots, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV9.exe

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. You will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop. Please send it to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

Looking forward to hear from you.
