change license email address - possible ?

i need to change the email address that my product license(s) are associated with

 

is this possible?

 

how can i do this?

 

changing companies so need to change stuff around a bit

i logged into avangate and went to Personal Info and also MyAccount, but in both places i didn't see where to change the email address

 

in fact, the email address is used as the login user id so i'm guessing that it cannot be changed

 

am i off on this?
