Sorry for the trouble. Please help us look into the issue by providing us with more information:

 

1. Download the demo from

https://www.dropbox.com/s/0oihk08qc56och6/PMDemo_0922.zip?dl=0 and extract it.

 

2. Double click Test.exe to run it. It will stop after about 10 seconds. Then send us the two files dump.txt and demo_log.txt saved in the same folder for our further investigation.

We find the issue was because the SDK is not working well on latest Windows 10. Currently, we are working on it and will solve it asap.

Temperatures and fan speed not seen on Performance Monitor using the recent Windows 10 (1607) is a common problem for ASC9 & ASC10

 

FYI, ASC 9.4 (.4.0.1131) released today does not solve the problem for ASC9.

Our engineer worked out a demo to solve the issue. Please follow the steps below to see if it works:

 

1. Exit Performance Monitor first

2. Download the demo from http://wikisend.com/download/630954/PM_WIN10_DEMO_0912.zip and extract it.

3. Double click to run ASCFixTool.exe and click Fix Error to start fixing.

4. After the fix finishes, open Performance Monitor and check if the temperature is displayed correctly.

 

If the problem remains, please follow the steps below to provide us with the requested file for our further investigation.

Download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe -> Double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click 'Save report'. -> After it finishes, you will get a popup window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click 'OK' button to open that saved folder. -> Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

Not showing the Temperatures and the Fan Speed problem of Performance Monitor seems to be solved with the newly released Advanced SystemCare 10 RC (10.0.2.360) (Downloadable from Advanced SystemCare 10 RC (10.0.2.360) is available! [september 29, 2016] topic.)
