Problems with Malware Fighter - blue screen crash

So I went to update my Malware Fighter using ASC9 and it blue screen crashed my Vista (64-bit) laptop.

 

"c:\Program Files (x86) \ IOBit \ Malware Fighter \ unins001.msg is missing. Reinstalling the app may fix this problem"

 

So I went to the IOBit website to re-install MF

 

"Application failed to start because rtl120.bpl was not found."

 

"IMF DownConfig stopped working"

 

"IMF.exe unable to locate component. datastate.dll was not found"

 

So I tried to use IOBit uninstall to uninstall MF but it has no effect.

 

Please help me resolve this

As to the blue screen issue, please download the debug info tool from http://www.cd4o.com/drivers/debug/DumpCollector.exe

 

Double click to run it >> click Collect button and it will generate a Dump_xxx_xxx.zip file on your desktop. Please send us this file for analyzing. If the zip file is too large to send to us, please upload it to http://www.wikisend.com and give us the download link.

 

Then please download the latest IObit Malware Fighter V4.3 from http://update.iobit.com/dl/IObit-Malware-Fighter-Setup.exe to reinstall and see whether the issue continues.
