Realtek PCI Ethernet port

I updated the program to version 4 and let it download driver updates, it wiped out my ethernet port driver. Can't install older version of driver to get the port back working! Very frustrated with this situation, I'm glad I have a free repair on my desktop and a spare desktop so that I can connect to the internet. :( :( The network adapter doesn't even show up in network settings :(

If yes, please download http://www.cd4o.com/drivers/debug/DBInfoHelper.exe >> double click to run this tool on the problem PC >> click 'Save report to Desktop' >>find db_info_xxxx.zip on your desktop >> send the zip file to us.
