Misleading.FakeAV

I have the Malware Fighter v4.4 and the only thing that showed up after running it was this:

 

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\AppID\{B415CD14-B552-B06175C38606}

 

I'm very confused on whether to delete that.
