Home Network Software

Hello everyone. I used to use Norton software but was unhappy with the amount of resources it used. However I did like the network software it had to view the computers on my home network. My network has xp and vista users. Does anyone now of free software that might do the same or more? Thanks Robert

I don't use Norton so I don't have a clue regarding its capabilities. Try Nmap and the SoftPerfect network scanner; one of them may do what you want.
