Seriously. Make it easy to find / copy this information. I have no idea where to get it and your top post in this forum doesn't explain. That's really, really, really inexcusably dumb.

This is an openly ad-supported free application. The .dll shows no indications of malware either in VirusTotal or according to my analysis in IDAPro. It's not adware or a trojan.

To verify it is false positive please follow the instructions below:

 

1. Make sure to update to latest definitions version ;

2. After the scan, please click the "Save report" button on the bottom left and send us the report ;

3. Zip the suspicious file with password "infected", upload it to http://www.wikisend.com and then give us the download link ;

 

In the meantime, after it`s verified false, i think Cicely will report problem to IObit devs.

The issue you mentioned is a false positive and it will be removed in database 1645. Please update your database to remove the false positive.
