Usb RIP cannot open port

I have to re-install my printer rip after running ASC 10 free. I get the message' cannot open port'.

What is an easier solution?

Hi Jim,

 

Please take steps below to untick the option Installed Driver Packages Under Junk File Clean in Settings to see how it works.

 

Run ASC->Click Options and choose settings->Click Junk File Clean->Untick the option Installed Driver Packages and click the Apply button.

 

Please send us the requested file if the issue continues.

 

Download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe.Then double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click "OK" button to open that saved folder. Please send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.
