False Positive - Sena Technologies motorcycle communicator Blutetooth [SOLVED by db 1731]

Though this company's program has been installed for over a year, and in fact just re-installed company's LATEST verison 3.6.1, I have been only recently (this last weekend 2/16/18 onward) getting a Trojan.generic threat.from this commercial program, necessary to interface with their motorcycle bluetooth communicator helmet headsets.

Most probably false positive, please wait for Cicely to reply after Chinese New Year Holiday.

 

When the pop up is seen , please see the details and choose putting to white list.

 

You can do the similar thing just clicking to scan with IMF from right-click menu of the file.

It is a false positive after analysis and it will be removed in database 1731.

Thanks, BUT:

 

My version of IObit malware fighter 5.5 pro is now running database 1731, and ONCE AGAIN, during scan last night,AND early this morning, I get the "trojan.generic" threat from same SENA software.

 

Please check on your end, if you can, and address the false-positive again?

enoskype's suggestion is to "pt... it to whitelist" -- I do not see any way to do this from screens available when running IObit Malaware fighter --

 

please advise HOW to do this locally.
