Which files were deleted?

Hello:

 

I am running Win7. After I ran Advanced SystemCare 12, my DVD player stopped working. Certain files may have been deleted. Which files are those? Were they System32 files? The Device Manager shows that the DVD player should be working properly but it isn’t. I considered doing a fresh install of my OS. Please reply with your suggestions.

Do a system restore to a time before the issue occurred and see if th DVD works again.

You can access system restore in ASC Rescue centre.
