Is there some kind of beef between IObit and Malwarebytes?

Upon using products from Malwarebytes, I found that anti-virus products and AdwCleaner constantly flags any IObit products such as Advanced System Care and Driver Booster as PUP, Adware or Unwanted programs... now I know that I can just put the folder, files and registry into Exclusions list, but whats going on between these two companies?

 

I see IObit products as a great way to clean and speed up my computer just as Malwarebytes anti-virus products to defend my computer from viruses.
