Why are metrics not showing?

Got a new computer and instaled ASC 13.6 but it doesnt show the metrics.

 

Any ideas?

We are really sorry to hear that. Please follow the steps below to provide us with the requested file for our further investigation.

 

1) Download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe

 

2) Double click to run this tool on the PC with problem and click 'Save report'.

 

3) After it finishes, you will get a popup window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click 'OK' button to open that saved folder.

 

4) Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

Could you please check whether it works?

1. Please download the demo from the above lin and then extract it.

2. Run the file TemperatureDemo.exe.

3. Wait for the window popping up to ask you to press any key to continue. At that time, please exit the program.

4. Zip the folder you extracted and send it to us.

1. Download the demo

 

2. Exit Performance Monitor first.

 

2. Extract the downloaded demo and copy CPUIDInterface.dll to replace the original one in ASC installation folder (These steps would help you to find the installation folder. Right-click the icon on the desktop > Click Open File Location).

 

3. Please check whether the problem is fixed then.

 

This bug will be fixed in Advanced SystemCare 14

I am so sorry for the late reply.

Our technicians say they still need more information to further check the issue. So please follow the steps below to send back the requested information to us.

Please do the following steps when the temperature shows N/A.

1. Download the demo file from http://tickets.iobit.com/index.php?r=site/download&fileName=attachment%2FZHPR603c5ad8c1abd.zip&displayName=TemperatureDemo.zip

2. Extract the downloaded file to get the folder TemperatureDemo, open it to find the file TemperatureDemo.exe and run it. Then you will see the temperatures. Then wait until it reminds you. Then press any keyboard to exit the demo file.
 
3. Compact the folder TemperatureDemo. Then upload the compacted file to the website https://uploadfiles.io/ then send the download link to us.

whats the different between system care 14 and system care rc 15? anyway, ty so much!! 🙂
