csrss.exe - 99% cpu - can Advanced Care PRO fix this ?

In the last few days, csrss.exe has suddenly started running at like 99% and ends up freezing my machine after a little while

 

I've read all kinds of reasons from computer identity corruption to worm to registry

 

Can Advanced Care Pro solve this issue?

Thanks, I took a look at that earlier

 

I don't really use IE, I use FF

 

Also, the 99% didn't occur when right-clicking

 

It occurs when using FF and clicking a submit button, the whole browser then freezes, and then the rest of it...

 

I'm not sure if this could still be related to the thread you mentioned

To be honest, I am really not sure. However I do recall the older version ASC 3.1.1 had a "file checker" built-in. I believe this process would check the validaty of "some" of the Microsoft files. I do not know if that process checks the csrss.exe.

 

Maybe someone from here can chime in and clearify a little.

Turns out same thing happens after I create the new puter user and login to that user, can't even pull up some progs

 

Getting a second comp to work and will likely reformat/start over with first machine.....after I get all the vital stuff off.....like forever
