Confused by weird info

Confused on this Driver booster and happenings since running it. Its the free version so only did one driver update. My AMD 706G that it said was out of date.

So it updated. Then I lost one monitor. Rebooted and got that back. But since then Microsoft out of the blue says I have 7 important updates and 3 optional. One of the optional is for the AMD 706G drivers. It shows a newer date then the one DB8 installed. MS Device mgr says AMD Devices - MEDIA - 3/21/2016 12:00:00 AM VER 7.1.2.0.7723 at 9.2 MB. DB8 details match the device driver, which I figure it should . The one on AMD site says 2018..

why the discrepancy from AMD site ?
