Unhappy with ASCPro Mod Please Read.

This is NOT a sales pitch, it is a legitimate complaint. Response is requested in regards to a full refund.

 

I downloaded the program ASC free version online version to test it. My computer is 3 yrs old 1 GB RAM, 2 Nvidia GeForce 7600GS Video Cards (2x512Mb) , Dual-Core AMD - Athlon 3800 Processors. My friend runs World of Warcraft WoTLK with no lag or disconnects and has a PC specced slightly under mine. I had problems with lag and disconnects when it came to 25-man raids. Anyways, At first it seemed like things improved after the first scan, so i purchased the Pro version for 20.00$. Then a couple days after purchasing, my PC started to lag more in games progressively throughout the week all the time, not just in 25 man raids anymore. I continued to scan and found that some files to be wiped would not completely wipe and would show up on scans many times after I purchased ASCPro which claimed to do more than its free version. The memory boost RAM tool was unclear to me as its intended purpose was to "short term" fix any sort of lag/memory issue, instead besides clicking "memory dump" a few times (which didnt improve anything) the tool only seemed to monitor usage and fix nothing. The paid version of ASC in my opinion was only a 5-10% boost of its free version though it claimed to do much more. Ultimately I ended up buying Perfect Optimizer for $40.00 online, and it completed what ASCPro would not do and then some. What I found was that the $40.00 program claimed to do the exact same thing that ASCPro claimed to do. It has the exact same tools as ASCPro/Free but Perfect Optimizer cleaned out 5x more junk than the ASCPro PAID application. Performance was finally restored to my PC with no thanks to ASCPro. I improved by over 400% with PO program. ASCPro did improve my PC only slightly but did not fulfill what i needed it to do completely- remove ALL or MOST of the junk. As far as RAM memory optimizer, PO program found my memory in poor condition after using ASCPro optimizer/memory dump. I think ASCPro is a dump. I am unsatisfied and expect a refund. Unfortunately i told other people about this product before i found Perfect Optimizer, I will be telling them not to buy.

We can only try to help users for their problems, if we have enough information about the configuration of their hardware, OS and other Security software.

We are working on a new network optimizer that can optimize network realtime, this new tool can fix the problem that you mentioned. World of warcraft need a smaller network package unit but not the regular size, so there is some problem. We are working on this, my friend. Any suggestion or complaint is welcome and appreciated.
