cannot download any iobit software

I recently had to wipe my PC and reinstall windows, and when I am now trying to reinstall my paid versions of ASC14 and Driver Booster, I cannot. I have tried both clicking on the links on the website, AND in the email they sent after I bought the paid versions, and both time, a window will open for a split second, and then close. No download prompt, nothing. Any ideas?
