Hi all i am new here could any of you help me on certain URLs  when I go to open them , all I get is about blank then this,    please tell me how to fix it I am using windows 10 pro 64 bit

Google  Choom that's up to date, Don't know what else you might want to know ?

I had run all the scans i could, but I read I supposed to uninstall something but don't know what?, Sometimes I think I am drum as to not be able to figure some of this stuff out, Sorry if I ask others to do what I should do
