Delete my account with the software that you keep charging me for and I had no renewals active but you are still charging me.

Your company keeps charging me for software I don't have any longer. Since my husband passed I went to each account and marked for non renewable. I had to make this account to get a hold of someone that would please remove these charges and please I will need the information that is required to make sure they have been stopped.

There are many posts in the Forum dealing with payment/licence issues and what to do to resolve them.

You should send a message to Cicely ( the Iobit Team member on the Forum). That normally resolves these issues.

Of course the best thing to do always in situations like this, is to contact your Bank/Credit card company and tell them what is happening.
