SmartDefrag won't run now

I installed the program about a few days ago and it ran like a charm.

 

For some reason now it won't run. When hit START it looks like it will work but no action happens. Also, the count of files on the bottom of screen indicates 0 files.

 

I have tried re-installing and downloading all over again, without success.

 

I have attached the file of debug as requested.

Is it the SmartDefrag in ASC you are talking about or did you post in the wrong forum?

Was it a first time install or did you install over the top?
