one of my win 10 PC's has HACK TOOL:Win32/NetPass  in it . 

 

i have done a windows full scan 3 times ( 2 hrs 40-50 mins each time )  it finds the virus ok and notifies me of it , asks me " do you want us to take action " i say yes . etc .

 

so it spends 5- 10 minutes doing something , then closes down , but it has not uninstalled / deleted the HACK TOOL  it is still there, can anyone offer any suggestions ? thank you , donar
