Unable to Register

I had a lapse of a few months and bought Advanced system pro  (and 3 other programs), received verification code but am unable to load it. Requested new code- same thing. Didn't actually receive a receipt for payment etc- just verification mode. How do you directly contact these people?? None of the FAQ's work. It keeps asking for more money? Thanks in Advance
