Confused and frustrated

Below the full sorry story. Kindly just refund my USD19.99 sadly minus the images

Dear IOBit

I’m confused and frustrated

Having downloaded the free version of Advanced System Care and been impressed I decide to take the option of ordering the Pro version at the discounted price of $19.99 (presumably USD).

 

 

 

 

 

Fig 1 This was the offer

 

Fig 2 Plus with the 3 Bonus packs

Some outfit called PP*FASTSPRING extracted AUD 30.99 from my credit card 4th July which I assume may be your chosen distributors adopting a Forex of 1.55 to the USD19.99 order.

When I install advanced-systemcare –setup _v14.02.154.exe which explains it will override the free version I had installed I get sent to this webpage

 

Which I already had already bought at USD19.99

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When I go to the desktop and click the logo I get this 13.7 free version suggesting I need to activate that.

 

But I don’t have the License code for this version either.

The only download received the same time (AMC_v5.12.1.apk ) I am unable to open except in Notepad displaying a lot of hieroglyphics.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So I tried your Support Centre options. Firstly resend the License code

Similar deal if I ask for a refund

Wondering if I have been scammed and after much frustration I feel I can return to normal if you could simply refund my USD19.99 and will happily go back to my old system protection software.

The defrag and software updater seems to work OK but I can satisfy these needs elsewhere.

Please acknowledge this  issue and refund my USD19.99 and I will just go away peacefully.

It is very difficult to help people who do not even bother to follow the rules.

First, you have posted in the Forum Usage Guidelines section of the forum, and completely ignored the..."Read this First"...statement.

If you had, then you would have known to post in the ASC section.

Also you would have known to read other posts regarding the same issue, to find a solution, and save you a lot of hassle and writing.

So, now go and read the many posts dealing with Licencing/purchase issues, and you will quickly see the simple solution.

I am also moving your post to the ASC section.

Scannan, You ok? you want to talk about it? You having a bad day? Being a moderator got you in your head? Why so uptight? Some might not be as intuitive knowing how to navigate pages like this.  It wouldn't be very difficult to help people even if they didn't know you have rules that are suppose to be followed in regards to this post. However it appears that you could have just said go read the posts dealing with Licensing / purchasing issues. It's not a difficult thing. just help people be positive and don't let the negative ugly side of people come out of you.

making stupid comments about things they don't understand.

Read the posts properly, and you will maybe understand them after a few readings.
