Dvd in laptop not working after care

Hi Folks

 

Help please.

 

I am using the latest version of ASC 3.1.2 and I perform a full care function every month. After using ASC the DVD/CD player and writer in my laptop does not work even though the device troubleshooter says all is O.K. I have to uninstall it then reinstall to make it work again.

 

Any ideas?

Hi Toni

You have to click on "problems" when you run your first scans and place the things you need in the ignore list before clicking repair. Do not use the middle button Care the first few times.
