Advanced Systemcare 14 Uninstall Selection

I never formally installed Advanced Systemcare 14 into my computer.  I never ACTIVATED Advanced Systemcare and yet it keeps popping up notices of things that it thinks are wrong or things that it thinks need to be done to my computer.  I want this constant irritation stopped and whatever is causing it removed from my computer, leaving my computer as it was before all these notification started occurring.  Advanced Systemcare is listed under START>Programs.  Advanced Systemcare is listed in the Control Panel under Programs and Features. When I try to uninstall Advanced Systemcare 14, it asks me to choose the data I want removed:  Configuration files / License files Backup files / Extension files used by system (Not recommended to remove).  I have no idea what the results are of selecting any one or all of these options would be.  Please provide me a procedure that will leave my computer as it was before all this started  and remove this nightmare.

Thank you, Scannan, for the reply.  The thing that I'm not sure of is that (by the wording stated above) selecting to remove all removeable options could include more than just removing only the program and all its associated sub-programs.  Is there an IOBit site that clarifies the technical meaning of the wording above that refers to the selectable, removeable options specified?

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION for my original post above.  Selecting START>Programs>Advanced Systemcare provides a listing of the basic program and its subprograms as follows: Advanced SystemCare / Protect / Software Updater / Speed Up / Toolbox.

I assume that you are using the Programs and Features function in Windows to do the uninstall.

If so then this is a generic windows message, to make you think twice before removing items. Which is maybe not a bad thing, but typical windows....

they give little detail.

From the additional info above, the items listed are safe to remove. Additionally, after you remove them, you should go to Programs x86 (in windows file explorer)

and AppData, and delete any Iobit Advanced Systemcare Folders. This will ensure that all remnants are removed..

I wish more people were as cautious as you when removing/modifying items on their pc. It would make for a lot less problems.
